Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical helpdesk support for internal parties
- Perform hardware & software installation and maintenance
- Responsible to network and server administration and on-site support
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline with 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge in Windows Server, Lotus Note, inter-networking equipment and backup solution
- Experience in PC hardware & software installation and troubleshooting
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Detail-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Work Location: Chek Lap Kok
