(客戶服務中心 Customer Services Centre)

Key Responsibilities:

• 主要職責為處理客戶和海外辦事處的查詢和解決復雜個案；
• 與內部各部門協調，為客戶尋求可行的解決方案；
• 通過團隊合作，高度投入工作，實現高水平的客戶滿意度；
• 不時協助准備信息統計數據和/或報告。
• Take the prime role to handle customers and overseas offices' enquiries and resolve complex cases
• Work with internal departments to seek possible solution for customers
• Devote the best effort to attain high level of customer satisfaction via teamwork
• Assist to prepare statistical data and/or report as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• 中七程度或以上；
• 有至少1-2年在客戶服務和/或電話服務中心的工作經驗；
• 歡迎大學生/大專生申請本職位；
• 在銀行/金融行業有工作經驗者優先；
• 必須能操英語，粵語及普通話，能操流利日文和/或其他合適語言者優先。
• 五個工作天, 需輪班工作。
• F.7 graduate or above
• Minimum 1-2 years' solid experience in customer services and/or call centre
• ** Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in banking/finance industry is preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is prerequisite, fluent speaking in Japanese and/or other applicable languages is an asset
• Five-day work week, willing to perform shift duty
