RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Installation and configuration of computer, network, AV equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve all issues with computer equipment.
• Maintain hardware inventory and documentation of existing applications and procedures.
• Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, domains, and networks.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
• Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
