Responsibilities

• Lead teammates to achieve the corporate targets by formulating and implementing the renewal and new business acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain good relationship with clients by conducting regular client visits and benefits reviews
• Engage actively with insurers for sustainable business development
• Keep up quality service, provide professional advice and handle enquires to Customers
• Provide necessary reports and ad-hoc project to management

 Requirements

• Degree holder with ANZIIF (Associate) or in good progress with insurance professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in General Insurance and Employees’ Benefits products
• Proactive,  self-motivated team leader with the ability to lead and work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Japanese will be an advantage
• Passed IIQE Paper I, II, III & IV is a definite advantage
• Immediate available is highly preferred
