Job Duties:

• Act as the Chief Executive for the Company
• Supervise daily operation of insurance broker business - Liaison with insurance companies
• Provide strategic advice and direction to all functional units
• Exercise leadership of the company overall insurance business
• Undertake full responsibilities for the insurance business internal control, regulation risk and any risk exposure.
• Develop and manage the team in exploring business opportunities on various insurance products
• Identify the implement new product ideas and business propositions to support insurance business growth
• Review the business plan progress and take suitable actions in order to achieve business goals and objectives
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Registered Chief Executive and members of the PIBA are preferred
• At least 4 years related experience with 1 years management level
• Passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) on relevant paper (i.e. IIQE paper 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, and good leadership skills
• Customer-focused, responsible, result-oriented and self-motivated
