The Requirements are:-

• Report to Claims Manager in handling Travel and Medical Insurance Claims including in-patient & out-patient for corporate and individual clients
• Process, examine and approve medical claims in accordance with Company's standard
• Assist the Manager to ensure consistent and accurate claims operation, adjudication and delivery of claim documents
• Handle enquiries and provide good claim services to clients and business units
• Participate in claims ad hoc projects
• Degree holder or other recognized insurance qualification
• Min 3  years' insurance experience in handling group/individual medical claims and travel claims
• Good knowledge on Medical and travel Insurance with sound knowledge in medical terms
• Work experience in provider network will be an asset
• Careful and attentive to details with strong analytical mindset
• Team player with good interpsonal and communication skills
• Good command of sopken and written English and Chinese
• Self motivated, mature, attentive to details
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
