Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize corporate events, investor meetings, site visits, road shows and other investor relations activities
• Update website content, handle public announcements, press releases and interim/annual reports
• Manage and monitor company investor database through effective analysis and research
• Monitor relevant media coverage and conduct necessary research and information gathering
• Perform ad hoc duties as required

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Market Communication or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in investor relations or PR firm, preferable in Hong Kong listed companies
• Independent, team spirit, proactive, strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, fluent in Putonghua is a must
• Occasional travel to the PRC/Overseas is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
