Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve long-term and short-term sales objectives
• Identify potential new customers and expand customer base in order to achieve sales target and maintain good sales relationship with existing customers
• Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company
• Responsible for coaching sales team to achieve sales target
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 10 years solid sales experience of which at least 5 years in managing role. Experience in pharmaceutical products in China would be an definite advantage
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and analytical skills
• Excellent leadership and organization skills, result-oriented and self-motivated, able to work under high pressure
• Willing to travel to China
