Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relationships, Performance Appraisal System, Manpower Planning and Recruitment.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match.
- Coordinate with other departments and branch office in providing HR support and serve as internal consultant on staff/ employment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Maintain and update the records of personnel transactions such as hires, attendance, timesheet, promotions, performance reviews and terminations.
- Coordinate training programs and orientation for staff.
- Plan and implement reward activities, such as salary review and incentive programs
- Handle the working-visa application of expatriate staff.
- Understanding of luxury hospitality preferred, but not essential.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Human Resources or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Human Resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Organized, strategic, efficient and attentive to details.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
