Key Objectives

• Source and purchase quality at the most competitive rates essential oils / wellness products / aromatherapy products processing and ship to leading overseas customers
• Understand the product specifications and safety standards to ensure the materials are safety and quality compliances
• Maintain effective inventory of all materials to keep timely replenishment for production schedules
• Closely monitor the services, quality, prices and credibility of suppliers
• Initiate and develop new products in response with the market trend
• Monitor market information and communicate with counterparts to maximize product efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers and internal Marketing & QC teams in terms of product design, quality standards, shipment planning and customer services
• Report to the senior management and manage the daily sourcing and purchasing activities including supplier relationships management and price negotiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with 5+ years in merchandising Procurement / Materials & Products Management/SCM or relevant disciplines
• Solid work experience in sourcing, materials sourcing, vendor evaluation and price negotiations
• General knowledge of I/E practices, trade customs and logistic
• Strong sourcing network in worldwide and good relationship with suppliers
• Familiar with the international safety and quality standards, ,
• Knowledge in essential oil / wellness / aromatherapy business is a plus
• Experience in global sourcing of food stuff is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Willing to travel frequently
