RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in Hong Kong Edible Oils production line installation and related coordination work
• Plan, direct, and monitor all production activities to meet company target
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedules and procedures and allocate labour and capital resources to maximize productivity
• Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions for performance improvement
• Liaise with related parties (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Logistics etc.) to understand their current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates and schedules for integrating these needs into existing production activities
• Prepare regular reports to management
• Participate in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in related discipline
• At least 5 years solid working experience in production line management, FMCG experience is preferred
• Preferably with knowledge of GMP, ISO and 5S Management
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent written & spoken English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Independent, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Good analytical and problem solving skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Production Manager
