Our client is a leading manufacturer of nanotechnology products and is under fast expansion plan for their HK operation. It is an newly created opening.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day factory operations;
• Manage factory facilities including hardware, machinery and equipment;
• Organize and control production;
• Prepare production plan, organize staff force and training;
• Review, monitor and improve production processes;
• Make improvement proposals on factory layout, production line, machinery and maintenance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing, plant operations or production management;
• Strong leadership, hands on, good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Have knowledge of ISO9001, FDA, CE;
• High Diploma or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering;
• Well verse in Mandarin and English and good Chinese and English writing skills;
