Key roles and duties

• Set-up & maintain a supply chain quality management system
• Prepare quality related documentation and reports by collecting and summarizing information
• Provide the guideline for operatives to follow
• Regular view work flow & suppliers to make sure the standard of the quality is under control
• Control quality for the existing production and products
• Monitor stock movement with other departments
• Provide recommendation on the quality improvement consistently
• Follow up & investigate customer complaints involving any quality issue

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or higher in applied science
• At least 4 years experiences for the QC/QA management. With fruits & veggie experience is an advantage
• Good knowledge of ISO22000 or FSC22000
• Proficiency in MS Windows Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiar with data report, analyzing, etc.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skill
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Detailed minded, able to work independently
