We are looking for a Packaging Developer to join our Packaging Team. This candidate will provide technical support on all packaging matters and ensure they meet Company standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the TSSO & TAS Merchandising Teams to deliver accurate packaging on time
• Evaluate packaging as specified by the company to ensure compliance to Target standards
• Create in-house packaging artwork & templates when required
• Provide training & support for suppliers to ensure style guide compliance
• Source suitable packaging manufacturers in Asia
• Research trends and new improved packaging options 

Requirements

• Degree holder in packaging /graphic Design or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in artwork development for retailers or brands, with knowledge of packaging methodology relative to different products
• Acute awareness of commercial packaging requirements
• Must be clear on positioning of wording according to style guides and how photography should be styled for packaging
• Ability to initiate and communicate technical solutions for packaging issues
• Proficiency in MS operations – Word/Excel & I-Mac Computer, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills & a good team player
