Reporting to the IB DP & MYP Coordinators / Upper School Principal, the IB Assistant is responsible for secretarial and administrative support to the School's IB DP & MYP Coordinators.

Duties include acting as a key point of contact with the IB Coordinators; attending and recording all IB meetings and presentations; setting up and maintaining a complete and up-to-date filing system and IB-related information on school website; ordering any relevant publications, curriculum materials and updated IB materials; and working as a member of a team.

Requirements:

- Post Secondary business or office training.
- Previous experience in similar role.
- Good understanding of the IB programmes.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills in English and in Chinese (if applicable).
- Ability to meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of office procedures and standard office equipment including personal computers and office software; creativity in computer applications will be helpful in preparation of IB presentations.
