Our client is a successful OEM manufacturer of consumer household appliance with production facilities in China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for factory operation, quality assurance and cost effectiveness
• Manage the production plans, quality and on-time delivery
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor work flow and production systems
• Develop efficiency strategies and implement continuous improvement plan to ensure the plant meet the production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, previous exposure in OEM manufacturing in required
• Familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes and MRPII
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing qualification is preferred
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
