Our client, a leading real estate developer is looking to appoint a key Sales and marketing Director to a key real estate development in Hong Kong. The appointment will be in charge of the sales, marketing activity of residential projects, in order to achieve profitable sales according to the agreed budget, through a competent sales team and with effective and strategic marketing campaigns and world class customer service throughout the entire lifecycle.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for sales and market review of residential projects and activities primarily in Hong Kong.
• Prepare regular updates of latest market trends for Sales and Leasing in the different property sectors.
• Provide detailed analysis and justification for project pricing strategy.
• Provide market review on the sales and leasing activities of competitors.
• Liaise and coordinate with other channel companies for marketing HK projects overseas.
• Lead in formulation of overall sales and marketing strategy for each project in HK.

Requirement:

• Degree qualification in marketing, advertising or public relations.
• 10 years previous experience in property sales and marketing.
• Sales and target oriented with strong leadership skills 
• Knowledgeable of market and competitor pricing for residential and other property sectors.
• Strong sense of the latest technologies especially on social media marketing channels an advantage.
• Able to work independently and be a proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude.
• Strong organization and leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Putonghua.
