Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement agency’s digital and social media communication strategies to enhance brand positioning and agency profiling
• Plan and execute inbound marketing or digital engagement initiatives
• Write up contents in the digital and social media platforms
• Work closely with the stakeholders on website and social medias’ management 
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various digital and social media communications initiatives
• Assist in communication works on campaigns and humanitarian appeals 

Requirements: 

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Journalism with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in marketing, advertising or editing. Preferable in digital or social media platforms
• Solid experience in planning and managing digital or social media communication and engagement projects
• Knowledge of computer program language e.g. HTML 5, digital marketing, social media, email promotions and search engine optimization, etc.
• Knowledge on photo and multimedia editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere is a plus
• Creative with good interpersonal, project management skills and be able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Communications Officer
