Responsibilities  

• To support the smooth account management and business development operations in a cost-effective manner
• To formulate budgetary plans for business accounts and prepare monthly report for management review 
• To establish and develop long-term working relationship with existing and new clients
• To liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties on project management
• To provide full range of professional and high quality administrative support and manage warehouse operations
• To arrange transportation logistics and goods / merchandise delivery as when necessary
• To maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
• To be flexible in supporting the team on other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

• University graduate in any disciplines, basic accounting background with LCCI Level 2 or above would be an added advantage 
• A minimum of 2 years’ solid working experience in account management or event management
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, communication and interpersonal skills
• A good team player who is well-organized, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
