Responsibilities:

• Assist in Marketing, PR and event activities of the Society;
• Coordinate with designers and production houses on promotional materials;
• Proofread all outgoing promotional materials to ensure the accuracy;
• Prepare social media platform posting content and post them on schedule;
• Ensure all agreed barter deliverables are executed in time;
• Assist in media interview arrangements;
• Manage the librarianship of news clippings;
• Handle media enquiries;
• Handle media accreditation applications and prepare media passes;
• Provide on-site support in all events;
• Manage the librarianship of event photos and videos;
• Provide administrative support and prepare reports as required; and
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor(s) and / or the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills;
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Knowledge of Adobe software, such as AI and Photoshop, is an advantage

The above position is offered on temporary contract terms only.
