Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer data capture and ensure CRM database is kept up-to-date
• Assist in the development and implementation of CRM system
• Assist in executing of various types of loyalty program activities and events
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of direct marketing and print ads campaigns, in alignment with HQ guidelines and market strategy.
• Manage brand websites content including the creation of brand content, updates to existing pages and landing page development
• Assist in replying to comments on behalf of brands on all digital platforms
• General administrative duties of marketing department
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 1 year(s) relevant experience in CRM and/or marketing
• Strong proficiency in campaign and data management, CRM tools and excel
• Excellent communication and multitasking.
• Self-motivated, team work with a sense of ownership.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge of AI and Photoshop are a plus
