Job Description
The role will be responsible for driving Institutional Sales for the region, coming up with innovative ways to drive institutional sales across Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in all sales activities and be an ambassador for the company - be active on bring new partners
- Research new market opportunities
- Map out potential partners and competitors
- Contact and qualify leads
- Contact and conduct initial follow-ups on sales prospects
- Provide status reports to management on overall sales and activities
- Set up and coordinate client meetings and conferences
- Update all sales activity in the company CRM on timely basis
- Mentor junior sales staff
- Other job duties as directed
Requirements:
- Bachelors' degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in a Binary Option/FX/Bullion Sales position
- Experience working in an Online Trading/Brokerage environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Must have existing portfolio and/or current client base
- Track record of generating in excess of 3 institutional clients per month
- Ability to travel 20%-30%
- Result driven individual
