What you will experience:

This is an exciting opportunity for young graduates who have strong passion in Consumer Marketing.  He/she will participate into a 12-month program with customized development and exposure in various Consumer Marketing activities.  The job holder will take part in innovation & NPD processes learning from market research to insights and new product launches planning & execution.  He/she will drive the planning and implementation of various consumer marketing programs, events and activities of assigned categories/product lines to strengthen brand awareness, word-of-mouth, consumer engagement, market share and other business results.  He/she will also collaborate with multiple internal and external parties in daily routines or cross-functional assignments.  The job holder will also take active part in organization-wide events or activities as well as other ad hoc projects for broader exposure beyond marketing. 

Talent we are looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or Food & Nutritional Science
• No more than 2 years work experience
• Passionate in Marketing, good business sense and financial understanding
• Able to work in dynamic work environment
• Highly organized, detail oriented, effective communication skills and good analytical mind  
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Immediate available preferred
