Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Marketing Director for full spectrums of Marketing duties
• Relationship management with greater China vendors and media, including contract negotiations, press appearances and partnerships
• Work with internal designers for website production and advertising campaign development
• Coordinateevents on a regular basis regionally
• Assist team on strategic planning and execution by communicating with external teams and overseas offices
• Keep track on campaign performance, evaluate and analyze data and generate various reports to reflect the team’s ROI

Experience and Skills:

• University degree holder or above in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Language, Finance or related fields
• At least 1 year of relevant experience is a must. Previous experience gained from Media /Finance industry is an advantage. Exposure in greater China market is a plus.
• Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese typing. Proficiency in web analytic tools and CRM system is definitely a plus 
• Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin for reporting and vendor communication
• Self-motivated, independent and be able to think out of the box; eager to learn and be able to work with team
• Strong analytical mind and skills
• Positive and proactive attitude with good presentation skills
• Good time management, accuracy and efficiency in handling multitasks to meet deadlines;
