Responsibilities:

• Operate e-shop to meet company target and business development
• Manage e-shop's operation (eg. product listing and reporting)
• Plan and implement online sales promotion and marketing programs
• Track online sales progress and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning
• Coordinate with internal parties or other business units to secure commitment on stock allocation 
• Develop & manage the digital marketing strategies through online channels, (including websites, eCommerce, CRM, social media, SEO & SEM, mobile application & online advertising)

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or above in any subjects; Studied in E-commerce / Internet Marketing or the relevant disciplines 
• Over 2 years experience in e-commerce / digital marketing / online shops
• Working knowledge of SEM / SEO, Google Analytic and online adverting
• Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS and/ experience in content managment system is preferable (eg. Magento, Wordpress)
• Familiar with data collection and sales analysis
• Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated and responsible
• High proficiency in PC operation especially in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Business level in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Relevant work experience in fashion industry will be an advantage
• Candidates wit less experience will be considered as Assistant E-commerce
