 Job Description

Provide full spectrum Administrative and Marketing support to the Marketing & Business Development Function

Collect market information and elaborate into useful recommendations

Create & design sales & marketing collaterals, brochure & leaflets etc

Maintain data accuracy for medical IT system

Create training manual and conduct user training

Co-ordinate the implementation step of operation system and standard operations procedures.

Handle enquiries and incoming correspondences

Assist in the implementation of sales activities and provide sales support functions

Job Requirements

University graduates or above

Minimum 2 years' marketing / business support experience in Pharmaceutical/ Insurance / healthcare industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Illustrator and Web design software will be an advantage.

Must write well in both English and Chinese copywriting; Speak Mandarin is an advantage

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
