Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing research and related data analysis
• Handle promotional activities including email marketing, newsletter social media, etc
• Establish initial connection with various parties
• Answer telephones and direct the caller as appropriate
• Provide all-rounded administrative and clerical support to Sales & Marketing team
• Perform miscellaneous assignments and handle ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder with Marketing major or relevant subjects
• With minimum 1 years relevant experiences
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Fluent Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin is a plus
• Familiar with MS office applications, in particular, MS Excel and Word, Outlook, Chinese typing
• Self- motivated, fast moving, well organized, good working attitude and able to work independently
