Job Description:

• Review (and monitor) existing business units to improve their financial performances and enhance the operational and cost efficiencies.
• Identify areas of concern and work with Department Heads and Senior Managers for improvement.
• Explore and develop new businesses, products and services by working with Marketing and the CFO.
• Contribute to the long-term planning and establishment initiatives aimed at operational distinction.
• Participate in planning systems, financial management and control.
• Enhance the operational procedures, business processes and profitability of the assigned business units by maximizing the revenue and returns from allocated resources and capacities.
• Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are measured and reported on a regular basis.
• Accountable for expenditure within the allocated budget whilst ensuring provision of high quality services in the assigned business units.
• Others, as may be assigned by the CFO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification in business, business operations and/or business administration, or equivalent of the above.
• Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare
• Minimum 3 years experience in operations management, or equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Highly analytical and effective able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements and other issues;
• Independent problem-solving skills and works well with people at all levels of the organization.
• Possess adequate computer skills in carrying out responsibilities and working knowledge of collecting and analyzing data
