Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations
- Support office administration and reception duties
- Maintain employee database and prepare regular reports
- Assist in HR related events and activities
- Carry out ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in HR function
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
