Job Description

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support for full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations
  • Support office administration and reception duties
  • Maintain employee database and prepare regular reports
  • Assist in HR related events and activities
  • Carry out ad hoc projects as required

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in HR function
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
