Responsibilities:

• To lead the team for sourcing, RFQ and purchasing activities including direct & in-direct materials
• To negotiate the price, payment terms, L/T reduction and agreement with suppliers
• To lead the team to solve the supply issue in order to meet customer's requirements
• To manage the supplier performance
• To handle the supplier evaluation and qualification of new suppliers

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minumum 10 years relevant experience in Sourcing, Purchasing and vendor management with at least 5 years in managerial level
• Sound knowleage in electronics and machanical parts
• Strong in problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese, Cantonese and English
• Frequent travel / Stationed in PRC
