Our client is MNC, they are looking for Senior Manager - Logistics  to join their office in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Lead the logistic team to define the SOP and develop a global supply chain strategies
• Optimize the entire logistic workflow efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness
• Manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability. 
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Build, lead and grow an efficient team to ensure that the work is accomplished in a timely manner, and consistently with company’s objectives.
• Oversee data integrity in all logistics systems and reports
• Identify, develop and implement continuous process improvement initiatives and KPI enhancements to support the growing business
• Act as a key team player to liaise and manage global logistic service providers, including ocean carriers, airfreight forwarders, consolidators, couriers, local transportation companies and warehouses
• Develop and maintain effective work relationships with 3PLs, vendors, factories, internal and external customers
  

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• At least 10  years of logistic, warehousing and supply chain management experience with no less than 5 years in management position gained from sizeable trading or commercial organisation
  
• Sound  knowledge of Supply Chain which include logistics operations (inventory, warehousing and freight) 
  
• Good project management skills, good leadership and interpersonal skills
• A Strategic thinker who is able to foresee issues and take initiative to solve the problems
• Ability to establish, enhance the logistic procedure, warehouse and supply chain of a trading company
• Experience in SAP is a definite advantage
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to learn
• Able to travel from time to time
• Immediately availability
• Candidate with more experience can be considered for Director Level
