Due to continuous business expansion, we are currently seeking for high caliber candidates to cope with our Corporate Services team for the position of  Intellectual Property Paralegal.

Job Requirements: 

• Degree or above in related discipline
• 3 years+ experience on trademark (HK/Foreign)
• Excellent command in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities: 

• Conduct trademark searches, registrations and opposition preceedings
• Manage procedures of trademark applications
• Draft submission for filing with trademark office in Hong Kong/worldwide
• Monitor status of the pending trademark applications filed worldwide
• Liaise with clients and foreign agents
