Key Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Chinese-Japanese translation for corporate documents
• Perform interpretation for Japanese – Chinese (Cantonese / Putonghua) in meetings, training and conferences
• Provide secretarial supports for internal and external parties
• Provide administrative supports to the management team
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Basic Job Requirements:

• Degree holder, with major in Japanese, Chinese Studies/ Translationor other related disciplines, Degree hold or above graduated in Japan will have an added advantage
• 2-3 years of related working experience, with experience in Japanese industry is a plus
• Certification of Level 1 in Japanese Language Proficiency Test or equivalent
• Able to translate and interpret during conferences, lectures, seminars (with experience in oral translation is a definite advantage)
• Proven excellent command of verbal and written skills for both Japanese and Chinese
• Enthusiasm for education industry
