一、任职要求：

Job Requirement:

• 具有香港或发达普通法国家的大学本科以上法律专业学历。

Bachelor degree or above in law from university in Hong Kong or other developed common law countries.

• 具有香港律师资格。

Hong Kong solicitor qualification.

• 具有3年以上在香港律师事务所或香港上市公司法务部门专业工作经验，熟悉香港法律、诉讼程序，和香港上市规则，对法律实务有丰富实战经验，可在有限督导下独立处事。

Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in law or legal department of listed companies in Hong Kong; familiar with Hong Kong law, legal procedures and Listing Rules; strong hands-on experience in handling legal matters; capable of working independently with limited supervision.

• 对中、英文具备高度双语能力，可以其中任何一种语言起草法律文件、法律意见书和报告，及对文本进行所需翻译。

Proficiency with both English and Chinese and can prepare legal documentation, legal opinions, and reports in either language, and translate from one language to another.

• 具有敬业、专业精神，注重职业操守。

Hard working, strong sense of responsibility, and high degree of professionalism.

二、岗位职责：

Job Description:

• 起草、审核涉及香港法律的中、英文合同和其他法律文件，处理合同管理事宜。

To draft, review and settle contracts and other legal documentation under Hong Kong law in both English and Chinese; handle contract management matters.

• 处理在香港或适用香港法律的法律案件、纠纷和诉讼。

To handle legal cases, disputes and litigation that are in Hong Kong or under Hong Kong law.

• 就集团及下属公司的经营管理事宜提供香港法律意见。

To provide Hong Kong legal advice to the Group and its subsidiaries in relation to their operation and management.

• 协调统筹、管理、监察所有由外聘律师及其他专业顾问所提供的法律及相关服务。

To coordinate, manage and oversee all the legal and related services provided by external lawyers and other professional advisers.

• 按集团及其下属公司业务和发展需要，对相关香港法律法规及案例进行归集和研究，并准备有关参考资料。

Based on business and development needs of the Group and its subsidiaries, to conduct research on applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations and legal precedent cases, and prepare relevant reference materials.
