Work as a member of a small professional team, handle full spectrum of company secretarial affairs of list co, its subsidiaries and relevant companies.  The team is responsible but not limited to the following functions:

• Statutory and regulatory compliance;
• Investment or finance projects support;
• Listing affairs including annual/interim reports, announcements and circulars, meetings of board of directors and general meetings of shareholders;
• Internal control;
• Ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Degree holder with associate membership of HKICS or ICSA
• At least 10 years of relevant experience
• In depth knowledge of the Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities and Future Ordinance and other applicable laws and regulations
• Very strong common and commercial sense
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills, able to fulfil multi-tasks with tight deadlines
• Highly independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST
