崗位職責：

• 負責處理及審閱有關下屬公司董事會之會議材料並提供意見;
• 負責監控下屬公司的日常運營, 收集數據、分析信息及準備報告;
• 負責提供有關下屬公司提升運營效率及業務增長方面的策略性建議;
• 負責跟進相關行業規則及政策變化對下屬公司的影響; 定期準備管理報告及管理層臨時要求佈置的其他報告;
• 協助部門相關行政工作。

任職資格：

• 大學畢業, 主修財務/工商管理或其他相關專業;
• 具有5年及以上在先進企業業務分析工作經驗, 有集裝箱碼頭從業經驗者優先;
• 流利的普通話和英文,中文寫作能力強;
• 表達能力、解決問題能力和人際交往能力強;
• 具有財務、會計、法律和商業決策方面的專業知識;
• 熟練使用Microsoft Office。

Responsibilities:

• Take care of board meetings of subsidiary companies by perusing the board meeting materials and provide comments on them;
• Monitor daily operations of subsidiary companies by capturing data, analyzing information and preparing reports;
• Provide strategic advice on improvement of operational efficiency and business growth opportunities;
• Monitor development of relevant industry regulations and policies on its impact to subsidiary companies;
• Prepare periodic management report and any ad hoc reports assigned by the management;
• Provide administrative support to the Department.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Business Administration or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years working experience in business analysis of a well-established enterprise, working experiences in container terminal business is an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, strong writing skill in Chinese is a must;
• Good presentation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
• Financial savvy and good business sense in the areas of finance and management accounting, legal and commercial decision-making;
• Good command of using Microsoft Office.
