Job Description
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties on repair & maintenance work
- Assist in facilities management to ensure compliance with company standards and statutory requirements
- Degree Holder in Facilities Management or Housing Management or related studies
- 2-3 years’ experience in related field
- Experience in facilities management of overseas properties would be an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Smart, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
