Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the F&B business to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Report to GM HK & China Operations, the candidate is to act as hunter to identify and acquire new channel, new customers and new markets
• Develop & execute new market of Singapore & Malaysia.
• Manage yearly & quarterly budget and achieve assigned sales quota according to agreed yearly targets and is responsible the P&L of the HK & China operations.
• Produce pipeline reports on time with updated and accurate details for management review regularly.
• Develop partnership with external parties for new joint venture of new market worldwide.
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years supervisory experiences in asia pacific market operations and development
• Solid field experience in asia pacific market
• Knowledge of the business case and profitability analysis
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result–oriented
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent common of both spoken and written Chinese and English
• Travel to Shenzhen, Shanghai PRC offices and other asia pacific countries is required
