Responsibilities

• Providing customer management and close communication to key clients
• Working closely with clients and supply base/agencies
• Reviewing all specifications and suggesting alternative production options
• Identifying, developing and delivering process improvements across the business to drive effectiveness and cost opportunities
• Working with the Client Services Officer on strategy

Key Requirements

• Strong track record & at least 2 years related experience in account management
• Relevant experience in interfacing at all levels with mid to large corporate organizations
• Basic knowledge of the print industry experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good Excel skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office and some artwork software
