Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts to ensure efficient and effective business operations and integration to drive business growth
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager to manage overall A&P process
• Lead and coach all backend support team (Master data, Demand Forecast, Customization, Sales Operations)
• Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
• Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
• Act as a company representative (key point of contact) to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience and experience in FMCG industry is a plus
• Strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
• Possess strong knowledge on business process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
