Job Description
Our client is one of the leading global healthcare companies. To cope with business growth, they are now seeking for high calibers to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts to ensure efficient and effective business operations and integration to drive business growth
- Collaborate with Trade Marketing Manager to manage overall A&P process
- Lead and coach all backend support team (Master data, Demand Forecast, Customization, Sales Operations)
- Gather and report client operational results in comparison to KPIs set in the service level agreements
- Explore any opportunities of new business for existing clients by working with Business Development team; manage the contract renewal process
- Act as a company representative (key point of contact) to communicate all other necessary issues to clients' management teams
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience and experience in FMCG industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of clients' industry/business/products
- Possess strong knowledge on business process
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
