Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full range of administrative support to Retail Operations Department
- Responsible for facilities management of all retail stores
- Monitor repair and maintenance progress
- Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth retail operations
- Provide support on seasonal clearance sales
- Prepare report on sales analysis and/or operational issues for management review
- Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail industry
- Numeric-sensitive, good interpersonal and administration skill
- Independent, able to work under pressure
