• At least 3 – 5 years of online marketing experience in cosmetics industry, with solid international online business experience
• Hand-on experience of the current technologies available for online advertising e.g. SEM, SEO, affiliate marketing, eDM, social media platforms
• Seek for new online promotion channels, strong sales track record, ability to achieve aggressive sales targets
• Manage marketing spent, maximize ROI of the promotion, analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness, and compile report for management reference
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required
• Self-motivated, hardworking and can work efficiently to meet deadlines
