You'll be joining our 24X7 Service Center Team and represent initial contact person to provide service to our customers worldwide.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Respond to all customers queries via Customer service system / email / Phone
- Understanding and investigating customer's problem, collecting all the required information in order to resolve the customer issue.
- Follow up with customers to confirm that an issue has been resolved.
- Commit to company S.L.A
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of binary options trading is an advantage.
- Fluent Mandarin and English
- Experience in managing critical customer situation , escalations and work under stressful environment
- High level of attention to detail to ensure that each customer's needs are met.
- Be able to Respond to customer correspondence in an appropriate manner – English / Mandarin.
