Responsibilities:

• Assist in other daily administrative duties as required
• Answering general calls and customer enquiries
• Handle office supplies and maintain proper record
• Liaise with external parties for event management or venue reservation
• Data Entry, Filing, database management

Requirements:

• College / Secondary School Certificate or above
• 2-3 years clerical working experience
• Experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong oral and written skills in Cantonese/ Mandarin
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel / Word / Power Point and Chinese Words
• Immediately available is highly preferred
