Responsibilities

• Reply customer enquiries
• Handle complaints and refund case
• Follow up clients’ dates, arrange schedules for clients’ appointments
• Basic documentation of records and general administration.

Requirements

• Presentable with a Positive Attitude.
• Effectively bilingual in English & Cantonese.
• Passionate about helping singles find their special someone.
• Fresh graduate or candidates with limited experience in sales is welcomed.

PACKAGE:

• Remuneration: Base Salary + Attractive Monthly Incentives
• Working hours: 5 days week
