Working hour: 10:00am-19:00pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Description

• Responsible for providing customer service, handling clients inquiries and order booking through emails and phone calls
• Conduct routine inspection of the premises and conduct tours for clients as required
• Ensure a professional and quality service is provided to our clients according to our standards and procedures
• Assist with sales and marketing activities as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Newly retired / housewife / fresh graduate are also welcomed
• Mini-storage working experience preferred but not essential
• Customer service (face to face/telephone) and/or reception working experience; 
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
• Customer-focus with good telephone manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
