• Assisting Operations Manager in Order Management functions (Order entry, updating orders, reports etc.)
• Sending Order confirmation to wholesale customers and follow up
• Conducting sales order analysis
• Assisting in RA processes (Repairs & Returns)
• Maintaining RA records
• Ad Hoc duties assigned by manager

Requirements

• Tertiary educated, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Fashion or related disciplines
• At least 1 year relevant experience in order fulfillment or wholesale operations 
• Detail minded with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills and able to communicate with people from different cultures

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), additional European language (e.g. French) will be an advantage

• Self-disciplined, able to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
• Proactive and willing to learn
