Job Description:

• Work closely with Retail & Operations Manager to monitor and coach the sales force on their individual targets. In particular productivity (conversion, upselling and linkselling) and sharing of sales results and KPIs;
• Monitoring front line interactions with customer and recommend areas for improvement. Initiate further coaching, training classes, review of training materials;
• Updated on coaching conversations and action plans in a timely manner;
• Establish frequent check-in schedule with management;
• Work closely with Visual Merchandiser, merchants and marketing to improve CS;
• Optimize schedule and web force allocation according to business needs;
• Cultivate company values and best practices in all units;

Requirement:

• Diploma or above;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations and at least 2 years at managerial level in supervising multi-stores retail team;
• Strong leadership and people management skills;
• Strategic and capable of delivering business KPI’s;
• Passion, enjoy working closely with retail team with solid business acumen and organization skills;
