- Provide full range of sales administrative support with high level of accuracy and proficiency
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices and related matters to a property sale
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds
- Handle enquiries and requests from customers and business partners in a timely and effective manner
- Assist clients with matters relating to the properties purchased
- Manage client relationship following a property sale
- Sales and product training will be provided on a regular basis
Job Requirements
- Degree or above
- Minimum one year relevant work experience in customer services/sales/property/relevant industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly and sociable, with good client-facing skills
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Knowledge of proper telephone and email etiquette
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrate the ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines
- Demonstrate a professional appearance at all time
