- Handle customer inquiries via e-mail and other online shopping platforms
- Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly and professionally
- Resolve customers’ complaints with a positive attitude
- Achieve performance goals and objectives to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects
Job Requirements
- Good written & verbal communication in English and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to perform multi-tasks and able to work in an ambiguous, ‘internet-speed’ environment
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
