Job Description 

  • Handle customer inquiries via e-mail and other online shopping platforms
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions promptly and professionally
  • Resolve customers’ complaints with a positive attitude
  • Achieve performance goals and objectives to provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Assist the implementation of ad hoc jobs or projects

 

Job Requirements

  • Good written & verbal communication in English and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to perform multi-tasks and able to work in an ambiguous, ‘internet-speed’ environment
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

 

Remuneration is commensurate with qualification and experience. Full fringe benefits will be provided by the company.
